Welcome to the Landaff Creamery website! 

Nestled in the foothills of the White Mountains, Landaff Creamery LLC, our small farmstead cheese company, produces Landaff Cheese, an authentic New Hampshire cheese based on a traditional Welsh recipe. Our cheese is made from the milk we produce at our dairy farm, Springvale Farms, located next door to the creamery.  We are a second-generation dairy farm and have been producing high-quality milk since the 1950’s.  Throughout these pages we have included information about the intriguing history of Welsh cheese, a photo album to help you get to know us a little better, news articles featuring us and our cheese, and links to other interesting websites.
