Nestled in the foothills of the White Mountains, Landaff Creamery LLC, our small farmstead cheese company, produces Landaff Cheese, an authentic New Hampshire cheese based on a traditional Welsh recipe. Our cheese is made from the milk we produce at our dairy farm, Springvale Farms, located next door to the creamery.  We are a second-generation dairy farm and have been producing high-quality milk since the 1950’s.  In 2010 we were 1st place top quality producer in region 13, for our cooperative, Agri-Mark/Cabot.  Throughout these pages we have included information about the intriguing history of Welsh cheese, a photo album to help you get to know us a little better, news articles featuring us and our cheese, and links to other interesting websites.
